SHIPPING

• Orders normally ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
• We use FedEx Ground, USPS or Common Carrier as our shipping methods. If you would prefer to use another shipping method, please call us at 513-247-0056.
• The appropriate sales tax will be added to all Ohio shipments. If the order is being shipped in Ohio, please provide us with the county. If you are a tax exempt company, please fax your tax exempt certificate to us at 513-247-0176.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If you would like to set-up an account with us, please fax your credit references to 513-247-0176 for review.

RETURNS
• Please contact us at 513-247-0056 or via email to request a return authorization.
• All return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and in unused condition. No refunds will be made after 30 days of purchase.
• An additional 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the credit for product returned used or not in the original packaging.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
