 The InRETURN concept was developed to offer viable employment to Brain Injury Survivors and others with cognitive challenges due to illness or developmental disabilities. The model is uniquely set in a real life work environment as opposed to a sheltered workshop and is accompanied by therapeutic classroom settings to enhance life skills. The mission is to enrich the lives of individuals who have sustained Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) resulting in special needs by promoting independent living and personal success. We provide viable employment through manufacturing contracts and Life Skills Programming with resources and guidance to train Associates in handling everyday life issues, community involvement, financial independence, socialization and continued education while promoting a culture of "Inclusion" among local businesses and manufacturers. It is the only model of its kind addressing putting people with this specific level of function/disability to work.
