| InRETURN provides employment to individuals with special needs. At InRETURN our employees are presented with a variety of opportunites throughout the day. Safety is InRETURN's No. 1 concern. We try to provide our employees with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We do this by keeping things simple with
job adaptations for special needs making sure each employee feels a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. All job tasks are single step and each Production Associate is given the chance to learn each task. This provides our Associates with manageable tasks and variety at the same time.

InRETURN could not be where we are today without the countless hours contributed by our volunteers. This is most
evident during our work day, as the majority of our classes are instructed by a volunteer, student group or professionals who donate their time to better the life of a person with special needs. We have classes in a wide variety of subject areas, each designed to help our clients grow and acquire critical, everyday life skills. Our fabulous volunteer instructors & the classes they instruct include:
